A Pregnancy Help Organization is defined as an organization that:
Seeks to provide a range of services to individuals facing an unintended pregnancy,
Intends to encourage pregnant women to give birth to their unborn children, and
Does not perform, prescribe, or refer for abortion; encourage abortion; or affiliate with organizations that do. These organizations play a vital role in offering compassionate, life-affirming alternatives and practical support to Arkansas families.
Family-style environment with supplemental support for women who choose to parent or place for adoption.
Faith-based centers providing pregnancy counseling, medical testing, parenting support, material aid, education, and recovery services.
Adoption agencies place children with non-biological parents who assume full legal responsibility and provide lifelong family status.
Pro-life social service organizations offer low-cost material, educational, and supportive resources to individuals and families.
