All recipients will be contacted, and funds will be awarded by September 1st, 2025. A report of how funds were used, and services provided is required to be sent by February 28th, 2026.

This grant will be disbursed through sub-grants in $5,000 increments to twenty Pregnancy Help Organizations assisting underserved rural and high-poverty areas in southern and eastern Arkansas. The grant application process will be open from July 1st- August 1st, 2025.

Earlier this year during the legislative session, the Arkansas General Assembly appropriated another $2 million for Pregnancy Help Organizations (PHOs) in Arkansas to be allocated through the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) Grant Program. The funds will be dispersed through the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) through a grant application process.

Applications for Pregnancy Help Organizations for 2023 NOW OPEN
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) is now seeking applications for funding from organizations eligible to apply under the Pregnancy Help Organizations (PHOs) Grant Program. This grant program was established for the purpose of encouraging females facing unwanted pregnancy to give birth to their unborn child.
